Refund
Policy & Our Risk-Free Guarantee!
The vast majority of our customers
love our products: ... very few people ever return what they have
bought. We have less than a 1% return rate,
which is quite extraordinary; and most of those are due to either a
"size" or a "color" conflict as opposed to a
"quality" problem.
In the eighteen years we have been in
business, we haven't had more than a handful of returns in
any given year.
However, for those rare situations
that customers do decide to return their items, we have the following
refund policies. They depend on whether or not the order was shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United
States or whether it was shipped somewhere else.
Before returning your product, please
follow the instructions in red at the bottom of this page. Deviation
from these instructions may prevent you from receiving a proper credit.
Domestic Orders
(all orders shipped
to the 48 Continental United States)
Our blankets may be returned at any time within 30 days of delivery if they
are in resalable condition and are returned in the original shipping
packaging. A full refund will be issued, less shipping charges and
a 3% restocking fee.
In some situations, actual
shipping charges incurred in shipping the blankets will be
more than what was charged a customer. In those cases, actual
shipping charges will be deducted before issuing a refund. This
also applies to any order that was offered free shipping or any
order that was refused or returned undelivered.
You may send your order back using either UPS
or Federal Express as long as your product is insured for the amount of
purchase. You must also get a receipt and ask for a
"signature card" to be signed by us. (Due to numerous
problems with the Post Office, we do not allow people to use it for
returns.)
International Orders
(all orders outside of the
48 Continental United States)
Due to the added expense and processing time for
international orders, APO and FPO orders, or any other order being
shipped with its final destination outside of the continental United
States, we are sorry to say that our normal refund policy does not apply
in such cases.
As a result, all sales of this nature will be final. (No refunds
will be issued on any order of this sort.)
Fortunately, as stated and explained above, refunds
are rarely an issue, since 99% of our customers love our products. Out
of hundreds and hundreds of orders each year, we never have more than a
handful of returns and the vast majority of these are a "size"
or "color" issue. As a result, please make sure that you are
certain that you want the item as described in the product's
description.
However, we can understand how someone
might be hesitant in ordering something if they are not allowed to
return it, especially when they have paid for the extra international
postage. (Please see our "International Orders" link in the
navigational bar on the right for more information.)
However, if you read some of the
"customer testimonials under the "Testimonials:
Why Buy From Us" link, you can see that many, many people enjoy
doing business with us because of our integrity and the quality of our
products.
Constant Communication
To help ease one’s concerns, before we
would actually send out your international package, we will probably have
emailed each other at least 3 or 4 times. We are usually in constant email
communication with each and every one of our international customers.
Rest assured, that before we send
something to you, you will be almost certain that the item is right for
you.

Before You Return Your Order
All returned items must be in resalable
condition and returned in its original packaging.
Before returning any item, all customers
must first call our office to get shipping instructions along with the
proper address ( 1-800-591-4235 or 904-923-6720). Since we can ship
products from different places, you must call to receive the correct address
for your particular product.
Please do not email us concerning any
return. Since emails can go "undelivered", our company cannot
guarantee proper credit if a customer does not call first for
instructions.
You may use either UPS or Federal Express to
make the return. The Post Office is not an option: we simply have had too many
mishaps involving packages and the Post Office. You must also insure the
package for the item's purchase price and have a receipt for the transaction.
Actual shipping and
handling costs incurred in shipping your item plus a possible 5% restocking fee
will be deducted from your total purchase price before issuing a credit. This applies
to all orders, including orders that had "free shipping". This
also applies to packages that were either refused or not delivered because
someone was not present to accept it. Any items that are purchased for shows, parties or
special events are not refundable. We have actually had
customers purchase pieces to show at a party for an evening and then try to return them.
